What Is Mia Tempo all about?
Mia Tempo is all about YOU – and isn’t it time something was?
We are on a mission to help women everywhere take a much needed break and enjoy a little ‘Me Time!’ Four times a year, we ship our subscribers a care package that contains everything you need for an at-home spa & beauty treatment. All of the products we select are all-natural and/or organic, so you’ll be able to relax and renew with products that not only work amazingly – but are good for you!
What do I receive when I sign up for a subscription?
You get the best gift ever – some time for yourself! Four times a year, you’ll receive a care package that features an at-home spa & beauty treatment. Everything you need to enjoy a little ‘Me Time’ is included – specially selected all-natural and organic spa & beauty products, a specially curated Me-Time Treatment Menu to help enjoy the treatment, and information on the amazing benefits of the all-natural and organic spa & beauty products.
How much does a Mia Tempo subscription cost?
Mia Tempo subscriptions start at $49.95 per shipment plus shipping & handling. Pick the subscription that works best for your lifestyle, and get ready to discover, relax & renew!
Are there any other charges?
Wow – you’re quite the savvy shopper aren’t you? Shipping and handling fees apply, but unlike most states we do not charge sales tax. Mia Tempo is based in the great state of Oregon – land of tall pines, Portlandia, and NO SALES TAX! All of which we’re sure you could care less about – except that it means we don’t have to hit you up for any pesky extra sales tax charges.
When do you charge my credit card?
Your credit card? Really, you should grab your boyfriend’s or hubbies’ card. After all, for all you do don’t you deserve to be treated to a little ‘Me- Time?’
However, if you can’t swing a carda-notta-your-persona, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase for the term you select. For recurring subscriptions, your card will then be charged at the time of purchase and then on a recurring basis on or around the 1st of the month the Mia Tempo Box ships (you’re free to cancel at any time!). Our shipping schedule is the first full week of March, June, September and December.
For gift subscriptions, your card will be charged for the full amount at the time you purchase the gift subscription. There are no recurring charges with gift subscriptions (we know you’re a generous soul, but let’s not get crazy!)
When will I receive my monthly Mia Tempo package?
If you’re running on fumes like we tend to do, the answer is usually not soon enough!
But never fear – we ship out all Mia Tempo subscriptions during the first full week of March, June, September and December. The most common shipping selection is via USPS and typically arrive in 3-7 business days – which means that you get to enjoy a little ‘Me-Time’ to kick off each new season!
When you sign up for a recurring subscription, we will ship you a Mia Tempo box for the current season. Our fulfillment center will process orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST the next BUSINESS day. Business days are Monday – Friday but do not include most major holidays.
What is your cancellation policy?
So soon? We were just getting to know each other!
Well, we always want you to be happy and satisfied with your Mia Tempo subscription – but we understand sometimes we all have to move on. Subscribers can cancel their subscriptions at any time, no cancellation fees, and no worries! To cancel, simply contact our fine folks in Customer Service (CustomerService@MiaTempo.com ) between the hours of 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday.
And, really, if you do decide to cancel please know the door is always open if you want to return!
Where does Mia Tempo ship?
At this point, we ship only within the United States. We don’t yet ship internationally or to Canada. But hey, we’re big fans of our global sisterhood – and dream of the day women all over the world will get to relax and renew with a little Me-Time!
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of our Mia Tempo subscription packages. However, if any of the contents of the package are damaged during shipping please contact us and we’ll do our best to replace them as soon as possible – just contact us via email ( CustomerService@MiaTempo.com ) between the hours of 9:00 AM & 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday – Friday.
